For those to have the game, in order to get this Tales of Vesperia slight cameo, make Marta reach level 98 to earn all three Speed Casts in her Support Skills, and equip two Mystic Symbols in her accesories.

Like this her csting speed increases to Blah blah blah, just like Rita from Tales of Vesperia.

Except Rita is cooler and less generic. D:

I meant if she actually used it in game.
