| An ultimate question that has been bothering me forever.
What is better for your stamina/endurance running or Jumping rope (and with jumping rope I mean constant on quite a high level for atleast 20 minutes)
what do you peepz think?

| Personally I think running builds on your stamina/endurance more than jumping rope, but that's just from my experience. |

| Wouldn't running be a little intensive, though? I think it would be alright to start from bottom to top by doing strength training with the ropes and then going for running. I'm saying that cause I personally haven't worked out for a couple years now... |

If you jump like how a typical little school girl would , then yes running is more intensive but if you jump rope on a hardcore level it can be also pretty intensive if you do it for a certain time.
Boxers do it to ...but the thing is they run also...so thats where the dillema of Jumping rope vs Running began for me . |
