| World Premiere: February 3rd DVD release (JPN): February 23rd The Dean design and the Sam design. Watch this epic trailer: Fuck yeah, listen to that Japanized "Carry on my Wayward Son!" Let's see, other information... > Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles will be doing at least the first few episodes of the English dub. > Yuya Uchida will play Sam and Hiroki Touchi will play Dean in the Japanese version > Gackt will be voicing someone~ Supernatural is an American drama/horror series that is popular on an international level, dubbed in many languages including French, German, Spanish, Russian and Japanese - and now it's getting an anime! If you're more an anime-person but always wanted to get into Supernatural, or you gave it a try but didn't quite like it and are willing to try again (this time with spiffy animation), or even if you've never heard of the show but love action-packed, sci-fi anime with a dash of comedy thrown in, then this is the anime for you! I'm ultra excited for this asfjdkljglakgjdlksfj;l

I support your getting into it!
Haha, I don't like Gackt either, but he's supposedly only playing a minor character, and they probably put him in to attract Gackt fans to the show. That's the only reason I mentioned him anyway, for any Gackt fans on this forum. |

| Gackt has an awesome voice, despite the crazy effeminate nature of the guy. |

| I must say they definitely did well with turning real people to animated characters. This has gotten my interest as I enjoy the original Supernatural. |

| I was impressed with the character designs too, although I have to tell you that if you're a fan of the original (I am too), they changed some of the designs for other, more minor characters, like Missouri.
Oh, and the anime is covering the first two seasons, following some episodes exactly and adding completely new ones. |

Well you'll only be hearing his voice in the anime, so it's fine ~30)b |

| I am so pumped. I love Supernatural. Hell I almost kissed Yankee when she told me she liked it. I thought I was forever alone when it came to this.
More fans!
Dean also looks good. <333333333333 |

| The only reason I don't follow Supernatural very much is because it's aired on the CW, if memory serves...which is one of those channels I tend to stray away from due to its various other programming, such as Gossip Girl and the like.
Maybe I might get into this though. Maybe. We'll have to wait and see. |

Haha, it's always awesome to meet other Supernatural fans - as popular as it is, you can never find fans just hanging around ;w; haha I remember when we found out we both liked it.
Next month, we'll be able to watch the anime next month~!!

Haha, I understand. I only watch that channel for Supernatural. I think you'd be interested to know that seasons 1-4 (reruns) are always on TNT now, in order, particularly around 10-noon. They should air season 5 reruns soon too. The CW is the only one airing the current season though (6).
Hope you give it (and the anime) a chance! |

| I watched a little bit of Supernatural, and it wasn't too bad. I liked how they used a Wendigo in like the 2nd episode or whatever instead of a Werewolf or something generic like that. I was surprised that they used something that "obscure". Felt neato. | Quote: | | it's always awesome to meet other Supernatural fans - as popular as it is, you can never find fans just hanging around ;w; |
Jojo's Bizzare Adventure, Earthbound.... |

| Earthbound is amazing.
Speaking of Supernatural, Yankee, I got jeans and a few few Dean shirts. Just gotta get a coat, and do the pruning of my hair, eyebrows, and the eventualy shaving of the faicial hair. (I dread this) |

They do their research, which is another reason I was drawn to the series.

I was actually going to ask you about your progress. I still need a cheap suit, it's the only thing I need.
Oh, and I would so the hair/eyebrows/beard closer to the convention, like days before. I usually get my hair cut like two days before so I can stuff it ino wigs... dknankjgsdk that reminds me I need my wig styled too, dammit.
Still trying to convince Helmy to go with us as Gabriel or Ash, too.

| I know double posting is bad but. The anime is out (has been out), and it's... well it's good, it's actually exactly what I expected! Anyone else watching any of it yet?
Also, I really, really love the ending. This is the only good video I could find of just the ending:

| From what we watched together, I like it a lot. I'm sorta envious of supernatural fans, I want to get more into it but I don't have the slightest idea how other then this. |
