| Drink plenty of liquids, and make sure you see your doctor as soon as possible. He/She will have all the answers you seek.
For liquids to drink, I would highly recommend Ginger Ale. Especially since the ginger root they used to make it is used as a natural curative for many types of health conditions. |

| As long as you don't eat anything, it should be fine, if you're unsure then drink water instead. |

| All I know is that ginger ale should help, don't know about the 'toast soaking up stomach in their stomach' thing. And yeah, like Idartalis said, probably shouldn't eat anything. I'm not sure if soup would work or not, but see if ginger ale helps first. And yes, try and see a doctor. |

| Tomato soup helps, you can tear up bread and add it in. |

| Those flimsy crackers, too, the names of which I forget. Soup crackers or whatever. They're good when you have a stomach flu.
But yes, that, tomato soup, bread, and Ginger Ale especially. |

| It'd be best you let it all out of your system, so I'd suggest simply staying hydrated.
And yes, a heating pad will help with the pain. |

| when you feel like eating, stay the hell away from dairy
and sugars
have warm liquid things , i recommend a chicken soup so you can get protein
water vitamin c ginger ale tomato soup whenever im sick i let the sun in my room, it makes me feel better XD;
if you guys have garlic pills, we have small odourless ones, it'd help to take a couple of those, it helps with the throat and what-not
echinacea too
but until you feel like eating stick to really light liquids, it'll be easy to keep it down. stay warm and if you feel like throwing up, turn to your side, i forget why that helps but the CPR lesson i did said to do that
this is what i'm doing currently, i hope you feel better soon also |

That's because sunlight's good for you. It plays an important role in producing Vitamin D in the body, and it actually does speed up the healing process when you're sick. Sunlight, Fresh Air, Vitamin C, and Tea. Those four will get you over just about anything pretty quickly, along with plenty of rest, since your body heals faster whilst sleeping. Ginger Ale, bready, and even salty products will all help settle your stomach and soak up or neutralize the excess acids. So yeah. |

| Sorry that you're not feeling well... :(
I would probably avoid taking pills because they might complicate your condition even more. Medication isn't always an effective fix, unfortunately.
For now, you should rest and let your body flush out the toxins. As others have said, drink as much fluids as possible. Avoid fatty foods or dairy foods, though. |

| Just means you have a bacterial infection. Just let the thing run its course. If it continues for too long though, see a doctor, because then you may have a more serious problem. |

| lol It's fine.
Anyway, yeah. You're sick with a stomach flu. That's all. It's only if it continues for too long or after the bug has run its course that you should be worried. Otherwise, it's probably nothing serious and all attributed to the illness. |
