| I hope it's just lawyer stupidity and not Bethesda being stupid themselves. If not, they're going to lose a lot of support.
Besides, the word 'scrolls' isn't owned by Bethesda. Hell, people don't even refer to that series by "Elder Scrolls" anymore. It's just "Oblivion" or "Skyrim" now. |

Haha, srs. Everyone I talk to about it refers to it as Oblivion as well, for the most part.

| That's the thing, Bethesda would have to approve of this for the lawsuit to even happen, unless it's actually Zenimax's lawyers, which there is no indication of them being so.
